Support Policy

You will have access to our support services if you have a valid subscription. A subscription is established from the time of purchase for the documented length of time stated in the extensions description. Support is available through e-mail Our support service is monitored during office hours on weekdays CET with reservations for local and national holidays.

You are entitled to support for the period of time stated in the product documentation starting from the time of your subscription purchase. Pixpro is not obligated to provide support after this period unless you renew your subscription on or before the expiration date of your subscription. Also if an extensions has reached “end of live” it will no longer be supported. Notification of “end of life” will be published on the extensions web page and you will  not be able to purchase or renew a subscription that will expire after the end of life date.

Pixpro may require access to your Joomla! installation or to resolve your support inquiry. This may include your website administration, FTP account, MySQL database or your hosting services or c-panel.  All communication is between Pixpro and the subscription owner. Any information provide to Pixpro will not be shared with 3rd parties and will only be stored by Pixpro for future references.

Support Limitation

Support is offered in English ONLY. You are allowed to install an extensions on unlimited sites however support is limited to one domain per subscription. Support is limited to pre sales inquires, our website services, non-documented product issues, browser related issues and malfunctioning intended functions or features of an extensions.

If you wish to modify our extensions, you are free to do so under the GNU/GPL license, however we are not obligated to instruct you in the functionality of our extensions related to PHP, SQL, Javascript, CSS and XHTML and we can not be responsible for malfunctions or issues that appear after any modifications.  

Terms of a Subscription

You have unlimited downloads of a subscription product however abuse of our website may result in termination of your subscription. You subscription is personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person or company. All extensions  are owned by Pixpro and you do not have intellectual or ownership rights to any product, modified or unmodified. We are not liable for any damages or losses related to the use of our extensions. Our extensions  are designed  for the latest version of Joomla! and we can not guarantee that a product will work on future releases of Joomla! or be compatible with all other 3rd party extensions and their updates.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services if the support policy is violated. In the event of the termination of service, you are free to use our products under the grant of the GNU/GPL license but you will not receive support or updates from Pixpro.

Changes of Support Policies

Support Policies are subject to changes without notice at the discretion of Pixpro and in compliance with laws governing distribution of products and services and IT customer relations.
